Woodcliff Hotel And Spa, Victor

My recent stay at Woodcliff was quite disappointing. While the hotel has a nice appearance, it's clear that it's showing its age. The room was somewhat clean, but the elevator issues and particularly poor dining experiences overshadowed the positives. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone looking for a seamless experience, but some aspects have potential if addressed.

We celebrated our 13th wedding anniversary with a relaxing overnight spa package that included a massage and dinner. The experience had its ups and downs; while the atmosphere was nice and the food at Horizons restaurant was generally good, the service was lacking at times, and the noise from neighboring rooms really detracted from our overall enjoyment. The room itself was beautiful and included some nice amenities, though we had to deal with some annoying disturbances that made our stay less than ideal.

My recent stay at this hotel was fantastic overall! The conference facilities were excellent and the guest rooms were comfortable and inviting. However, the dining service was a bit slow, which may not be ideal if you're in a hurry. Despite some minor hiccups, the spacious amenities and friendly staff made my experience enjoyable.

The location offered easy access to nearby attractions, but I wasn't impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms. Overall, it has its perks, but some areas need significant improvement.

Staying at Woodcliff was a fantastic experience! The grounds are stunning, and the hotel has a unique charm. I loved the beautiful views from our room, and the pool area is an absolute delight. However, the bed in our suite could use some improvement, and there was a minor issue with the TV upon arrival. Overall, it offers excellent value for money.
